1. Hardware Products (ICallBox)
- Return Eligibility: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the ICallBox is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories and documentation.
- Condition: Returned units must be free of damage and not show signs of tampering or unauthorised modification.
- Return Process: Contact our support team at [support email/phone] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping the product back. Items returned without an RMA may be refused.
- Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned ICallBox, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. Software, Services & Digital Products
Because our secure communication platform, AI workstation features, and other digital services are provisioned and licensed immediately, all service and subscription fees are non-refundable once activated.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective ICallBox or an incorrect shipment, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

- ICallBox units damaged by misuse, accident, or unauthorised repairs.
